This data represents the standard deviation of elevation distributions of all Lidarreturns per 20-m grid-cell. It was developed by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources using Lidarthat was collected in 2019.It describes how the elevations of individual returns within a grid cell are spread out from the average (mean) value.
