This data represents LiDAR-derived (1-foot) bare earth points for the City of Fond du Lac in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin in 2009. Bare earth LiDAR is digital elevation data of the terrain surface consisting of irregularly spaced points, each with x/y location coordinates and z-value. The data have been subjected to automated and manual editing to remove vegetation, buildings, and other man-made structures. This data is available in both LAS and SHP formats.
