Description
Special conditions refer to areas where specific issues apply to properties which may differ from typical situations elsewhere in the state as applied to tidelands activities. This may apply to unusual circumstances in mapping grants or licenses, a different set of data from the usual being applied to an area, or any other characteristic that applies to multiple properties that is uncommon. The polygon feature areas are drawn to act as a marker for project managers or other data consumers when searching for or researching Tidelands activities. In viewing an area within or in proximity to one of these features, users may be reminded to check into the specifics of the situation as presented to see how it may be applied to their property. Attributes include a note about the general issue or circumstance and a link to data which will more fully explain the special situation in the area. These areas are not meant to be absolutely accurate in depicting all of the properties involved, so users should be sure to ascertain if the issue exactly applies to their case.
