Homeland Infrastructure Foundation Level Data HIFLDThe purpose of this data is to provide a map layer containing Regulated Navigational Areas for the United States as contained in the Code of Federal Regulation documentation. A regulated navigation area is a water area within a defined boundary for which regulations for vessels navigating within the area have been established.
