Hydrography layers for the study area covered by the Surficial Geologic Map of Bessemer, New Castle South, Portersville, and the Pennsylvania portion of the New Middletown quads. The vector data herein were derived from the most recently available Quality Level 2 (QL2) lidar data using geomorphon analysis and least-cost analysis. These data are a subset of the larger Pennsylvania Hydrography Dataset (PAHD), which is in the process of being generated. They were produced using QL2 lidar deliverables and most will have a minimum horizontal accuracy of 1 meter and a minimum vertical accuracy of 0.5 meter at a 1:2,400 scale.
