Blueprint map (white lines on blue background).; Oriented with north toward the upper left.; Shows city blocks and lot numbers.; "Dec. 20-1921. Revised May 25-22."; "Present tracks to be removed shown dotted. Proposed tracks shown black."; Includes newsprint clipping affixed to map recto: "An ordinance granting the Northern Pacific Railway Company the right to construct and operate lines of railway across and over University avenue southeast, 14th avenue southeast, 4th street southeast and 15th avenue southeast, and to extend the street bridges which now carry said streets and avenues over the Great Northern Railway Company tracks... Passed June 30, 1922. A. B. Fruen, President of the Council. Approved July 14, 1922. George E. Leach, Mayor."; Includes "Color Schemes" key, but map has no coloration and key is blank.; Inscribed on verso: "T186-3. #515."; Inscribed on verso: "1267 B6."
