Second issue: with the basic register in preparation, April 29, 1938."; "Third issue of this key map embodies all revisions made on the thirteen ward maps, scale: 500 ft = 1 in., as to December 1938, in the Unit 8 of the W.P.A. Project No. 5435; O.P. 465-71-3-80."; "The districts and blocks appearing on this map were evolved in 1933, from the enumerative areas used in the U.S. Census of 1930. So as to conform with the ward boundaries (noted in the title), these adjustments became mandatory for a retroactive and progressive application of functional issues involved in municipal statistics."; "This base map is the official document upon which all enumerative records, their studies and trend derivatives have been compiled for projects sponsored by the City Planning Commission under authorities of: C.W.A. No. M 116, (1933-34); E.R.A. No. 88-AI-17, (1934-35); W.P.A. No. 1968, No. 3417 and No. 5435 (1935-38)."; "Unit 8 in the subdivision III, 'Land Utility and Building Trends' of the project W.P.A.
