Description
This is a map of all properties that are actively listed under Continuous Enforcement with the City of South Bend's Department of Code Enforcement. Properties are added to Continuous Enforcement when a pattern of violations (more than 4 in a year, or 3 violations that were cleaned up by the City in a year) indicates that the property is not being maintained by the owner. The owner is notified at the address of record that any environmental violations found at these properties are cleaned and billed by the City as they are found, without additional notification to the owner, as long as the Continuous Enforcement order remains in effect. This map includes the following data: Property identification details (parcel IDs and address) Location (coordinates may be missing for parcels that have been consolidated) The date in which the property's Continuous Enforcement status expires. This information is current as of 2024-04-18. Updated weekly.
