City of Bend, OregonManholes serve as junction points in the Collections system where a main line can have its flow direction changed and provide access to the main lines for cleaning and maintenance. They exist for all types of collection systems in use in the City of Bend, including Pressurized Main, Force Main, Gravity Main, and Vacuum Main. Locations are derived from as-built drawings and field verified with a survey grade GPS unit. Diameter Diameter of the asset measured in inches. Material Material the asset is constructed from. Subtype A field for tracking different kinds of asset types that are all closely related. Subtypes include GravityManhole, PressureManhole, and CleanOutManhole. EntryMethod Information related to how the asset is entered for maintenance. Connections The number of pipe connections both in and out of the manhole. DropType Denotes if there is an external drop, internal drop, or no drop for lines entering a manhole. RimElevation Elevation at the manhole cover, which is typically to road grade. InvertIn The elevation in feet of the incoming pipe connection to the manhole. InvertOut The elevation in feet of the outgoing pipe connection to the manhole. IsLined A yes or no value to show if the manhole has been lined as a part of preventative maintenance. IsLocked A yes or no value to show if the manhole is equipped with a lock to prevent entry. InspRoute Maintenance zone number the asset is associated with. CleanRoute Maintenance zone number the asset is associated with. RimElevationDataSource Text values to denote the source of the rim elevation. InvertsElevDataSource Text values to denote the source of the invert elevations. LastUpdate Date when asset was most recently updated. LastEditor Name of user whom most recently edited asset information. Enabled ESRI software specific field related to the inclusion in a network. AncillaryRole ESRI software specific field related to the role played within a network. GlobalID ESRI software specific field that is automatically assigned by the geodatabase at row creation. Shape ESRI software specific field denoting the geometry type of the asset. created_user Name of user whom created the asset. created_date Date when the asset was created. last_edited_user Name of user whom most recently edited asset information. last_edited_date Date when asset was most recently updated.
