We measure by race, ethnicity, and other demographics to understand the specific needs of different communities and evaluate effective service delivery and accountability. This dataset is the groupings used to combine projects with multiple levels and types of data standards. These include the minimum and comprehensive race and ethnicity categories from the City of Portland Rescue Plan Data Standards.
