Voter Precincts were created using the Census Blocks (2020) as provided by the Maryland Department of Planning as the primary source. The precincts were split and merged based on the 2022 redistricting of the councilmanic, legislative, and congressional districts. The precincts were renumbered as required to provide sequential numbering with the exception of precincts with zero (0) registered voters. Precincts with zero registered voters are numbered descending beginning with 99.
