New Jersey Highlands CouncilThe Conservation Priority Areas layer is an intensity indicator based on 33 natural resource indicators and was created by the Highlands to identify parcels with a high priority for conservation and preservation. This layer classifies conservation priority by aggregating resource indicators and ranked final scores as either Low, Moderate or High priority.
