Creating employment opportunities through job placement and training, retail revitalization, and educational assistance efforts. Enhancing neighborhood safety through town watches, youth mentoring and community outreach programs. Educating residents as to the programs and opportunities available to them, such as new affordable housing, housing preservation programs, mortgage foreclosure prevention services, and other City programs and services.
