The Washington State Open Space Taxation Act allows properties to be valued at their current use rather than their highest and best use. This dataset includes parcels assessed for current use as Farm and Agricultural Land and are used for the production of livestock or agricultural commodities for commercial purposes. The financial requirements are dependent on the size of the land and the gross annual revenue received for the land for three out of the past five years.
