Maintenance Agreements are created when the property owner has identified a certain street and/or alley as being critical to how the property operates. Examples include using an alley for access to parking for a business, loading zones for commercial establishments, private improvements to streets and/or alleys that are not standard to City construction methods, and all other approved encroachments.
