Description
The DVRPC region falls entirely within the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Atlantic City, NJ 8-hour Ozone Nonattainment Area. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) set national air quality standards (NAAQS) for ground-level ozone, with a design value level of 0.070 parts per million - at time of publication, this area does not meet that standard.
