The Fire and Police Commission (FPC) is the civilian oversight agency of the Milwaukee Fire Department (MFD), Milwaukee Police Department (MPD), and the Department of Emergency Communications (DEC). The FPC has full authority to investigate and discipline department employees for rule violations.
