City of PhiladelphiaView metadata for key information about this dataset. Sanitation Collection areas are subdivisions of Sanitation Districts. Districts are aggregated up to Sanitation Areas. This arc layer accompanies the Sanitation Districts polygon layer. The arc layer contains data signifying the district for the boundary arc if it is a street and both sides of the street belong in one district.
