Kitsap County Department of Community DevelopmentLAMIRD = Limited Areas of More Intense Rural Development In accordance with Washington State's Growth Management Act (GMA), the county may designate limited areas of more intensive rural development as part of the mandatory rural element portion of its Comprehensive Plan.
