Cleveland GISDescription This dataset includes all building permit applications submitted to the Department of Building and Housing from 2015 to present. It provides information on each application including the permit category, current status, and related permit tasks - both completed and active. A complete status history of each permit is also available. Building Permits authorize specific construction activities that have met the necessary approval requirements. Certain permits may be associated with an originating Construction Project Application, which represents the broader development proposal from which the permit was issued.
