Geocoding using street centerline distance interpolation, b.) identification of ownership and jurisdiction of roads within the county, c.) maintenance, mapping, and analysis of speed zones, d.) maintenance, mapping, and analysis of federal functional classes (FCC), and e.) general cartographic uses.
