Ranging in size from the 0.68-acre Delaware River Fishing Access Site at the Pennsauken WMA to the 33,000-acre Peaslee Tract in Cumberland and Cape May counties, Wildlife Management Areas provide countless outdoor recreational opportunities for New Jersey residents and visitors from out of state. The Wildlife Management Area System has over 358,000 acres in 122 Wildlife Management Areas. This dataset represents the habitat patches within the Wildlife Management Areas and tracks the management that is taking place within the patches. This data represents the best interpretation of the habitat patches at the time of release or update. Management has taken place before and after the release/update that is not represented based on staff limitations.</dc:description><dc:format>ArcGIS FeatureLayer</dc:format><dc:identifier>https://hub.arcgis.com/datasets/caf5bb5370a5428b94af8743bcc4cc95_0</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher>New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's (NJDEP) Bureau of GIS</dc:publisher><dc:rights>Public</dc:rights><dc:title>NJ Fish and Wildlife Habitat Patches Within Wildlife Management Areas in New Jersey (View) [New Jersey]</dc:title><dc:type>Web services</dc:type><dc:coverage>New Jersey</dc:coverage><dc:date>Last Modified: 2026-01-08</dc:date></oai_dc:dc>
