Description:

In an effort to more broadly disseminate the geospatial information funded by its partners, the Rainwater Basin Joint Venture (RWBJV) compiled these datasets from the public domain or with permission to distribute from the partner organization which owns the data property rights. Collaborating RWBJV partners for the Platte River Image Library include the Central Platte Natural Resource District and the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program and also uses public domain data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Interior, and the Government Land Office (Bureau of Land Management). The RWBJV georeferenced and color-balanced many of the older U.S. Department of Interior and U.S. Department of Agriculture single framed images.
