- Plan 2 of the Iowa Legislative and Congressional Redistricting - Proposed 10/21/2021 - ENACTED - 11/4/2021Legislative districts will be effective beginning with the elections in 2022 for the 90th General Assembly. The districts will remain in effect for the 90th-95th General Assemblies, 2023-2032. Congressional districts will be effective beginning with the elections in 2022 for the 118th U.S. Congress. The districts will remain in effect for the 118th-122th U.S. Congress, 2023-2032.
