The layer was created using the three estuarine wetland classes in the Coastal Change Analysis Program (C-CAP https://coast.noaa.gov/digitalcoast/data/ccapregional.html ): Estuarine Forested Wetland, Estuarine Scrub/Shrub Wetland, and Estuarine Emergent Wetland. C-CAP estuarine polygons were aggregated with an aggregation distance of 10 km.
