Metropolitan Emergency Services BoardThis layer contains Emergency Service Zone (ESZ) polygons representing the geographic extent and attributes of the identical Emergency Service Numbers (ESNs) in the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) for the Metropolitan Emergency Services Board (MESB) region.Emergency Service Zones are used by public safety agencies as a first tool for identifying which emergency service agencies should be dispatched for a given address or geographic area and to determine routing for 9-1-1 calls.
