These calls are taken by dispatchers and then sent to an agency to provide a response. Location is anonymized to the nearest street centerline for most cases and anonymized to the nearest Census block group centerline for cases that require a higher level of privacy protection. However, in certain situations there is a delay in the refresh of the downloadable data file. Sometimes the downloadable file does not reflect the updates to the data in the portal.
