The percentage of persons that have completed, graduated, or received a high school diploma or GED and also have taken some college courses or completed their Associate's degree. This is a standard indicator used to measure the portion of the population with a basic level of skills needed for the workplace. Persons under the age of 25 are not included in this analysis since many of these persons are still attending various levels of schooling. Please note: due to the nature of this indicator, do not compare changes over time. This indicator can only be used as a point in time "snapshot".
