Using a Pléiades satellite image acquired 28 October 2015 and a WorldView-3 image acquired 20 June 2015, UNITAR/UNOSAT identified 79 potentially damaged structures. Specifically, 4 potentially damaged structures are located in the city of Fayzabad and 75 on the outskirts of the city and settlements in the area of Fayzabad. This is a preliminary analysis and has not yet been validated in the field.
