It was derived from U.S. Census Bureau 1990 TIGER/Line files as a result of 1990 redistricting efforts., This data was created to display historical 1994 Congressional District boundaries and to allow geographical review/analysis adhereing to historical MN Congressional District boundaries., This file is outdated as of 2000 and 2010 Census Bureau redistricting efforts. Boundary updates are completed every decennial census.
