- This polygon data layer represents secondary school districts in Wisconsin in 1999. The dataset was originally published by the Legislative Technology Services Bureau on January 12, 1999 using data from the United States Census Bureau.[This data layer is a polygon shapefile of the secondary and unified school districts in Wisconsin. It is referenced to the Wisconsin Transverse Mercator (WTM) projection system, North American Datum 1983, with the 1991 adjustment (NAD83/91).]
- Purpose
- This layer is intended for reference and mapping purposes and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data. [This data layer is for use in generalized mapping applications. The level of accuracy does not support detailed local analysis. The data layer is intended for use with GIS software.]
