This spatial data, prepared by Mapping Inequilty, shows the historic Home Owner Loan Corporation (HOLC) graded boundaries. These boundaries were used to determine eligibility for low-interest mortgage loans and were heavily influenced by racial boundaries. Data made available under a CC-BY-NC license.
