Abstract
This polygon data layer represents congressional dsitricts for Wisconsin in 2011. Also included is a csv file that deliniates Act 44 census block assignments, Act44_Block_Assignment.csv.[These districts were created using the U.S. Census Bureau's TIGER 2010 geography and the 2010 P.L 94-171 redistricting data.This data can be found here http://legis.wisconsin.gov/ltsb/redistricting/census2010.htm.]
Purpose
This layer is intended for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data.
