It shows the result of geocoding the addresses from the WiDHFS nursing home data set. It is referenced to the Wisconsin Transverse Mercator (WTM) projection system, North American Datum 1983 with the 1991 adjustment (NAD83/91). Some addresses are not geocoded to the street level due to inadequance of exact information.
