This polygon data layer represents local access transport areas in Wisconsin in 1999. The dataset was originally published by the Wisconsin Department of Administration in 1999.[This data layer is a polygon shapefile of the local access transport areas (LATA) in Wisconsin, derived from the Wisconsin telephone exchange boundary coverage. This data set is referenced to the Wisconsin Transverse Mercator (WTM) projection system, North American Datum 1983 with the 1991 adjustment (NAD83/91).]
