City of Bend, OregonLift Stations are assets located in places where the elevation of a termination of a gravity based collection system is lower than would be possible to continue flowing to the Water Reclamation Facility. Lift Stations pressurize and pump the wastewater to another location where gravity flows can be achieved and continue to the reclamation facility for treatment. Owner A domained field to denote ownership of the asset between public and private ownership. FullCapacityFlow The flow rate when the lift station is operating at full capacity.
