U.S. Fish & Wildlife ServiceThis form is to give feedback on the Highlands Landscape and Resource Map. The map is intended to inform grant proposals for the Highlands Conservation Act. The Highlands Conservation Act authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to provide financial assistance to the States of Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania (Highlands States) to preserve and protect high-priority conservation land in the Highlands region. This map contains the following resource priorities for the Highlands Conservation Act: forest, water, agriculture, recreation, and biodiversity, plus additional screening information on environmental justice and probability of development.
