This data layer represents Public Libraries Systems, Wisconsin in 2019. [ This dataset includes the boundaries for Wisconsin's public library systems. Each state-funded system covers a specific region of the state and their boundaries are defined by existing county boundaries. Each system also has their own library board. Purpose
This layer is intended for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data. [This polygon layer contains the regional library systems for the state of Wisconsin in 2019.]

[This layer was built using the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources' WI_Counties_2015 layer (County Boundaries 24K). Public Library System data was joined to the attribute table using the county names as the join field. The layer was then dissolved by the public library system to produce the final 16 polygons.]
