Tax Increment Financing (TIF) locations. The dataset contains locations and attributes of TIF areas, created as part of the DC Geographic Information System (DC GIS) for the D.C. Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) and participating D.C. government agencies. A database provided by the Office of the Chief Financial Officer identified TIF area locations. The dataset is a result of research conducted on the DC Official Code Site.
