Abstract
This is the final deliverable for the Version 2 Statewide Parcel Map Database Project (V2). This feature class represents a comprehensive, spatially referenced collection of parcel geometries as recognized by local-level governments within the State of Wisconsin (the feature class is aggregated from county level and municipal-level data). Purpose
This layer is intended for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data. [This information is suitable for a broad range of uses. Some of the primary uses include: Maintenance of the tax assessment database (e.g. acreage determination for assessment, assignment of parcel numbers, identification of potential legal description errors, etc...); A base data set supporting land use conservation planning and administration; A base data set supporting the adminstration of zoning; A base data set supporting emergency response, planning, and assessement activitie
