- [Licensee shall pay the fee determined under the Licensors GIS Map Fee Schedule, as it may be amended. Payment shall be made in full before the Data is released. If said Licensee is a Government Entity, a 50 percent discount will be given. Government Entities that provides new data created using our Data shall be reimbursed for the initial fee. The new data must be received by Licensor within six months of acquiring Licensor's Data. Licensee may combine the Data with different data to create new and original electronic or hardcopy products which Licensee can use, however, this data may not be duplicated or reproduced for sale, licensing or distribution in any manner without written consent of Licensor. Licensee may create a reasonable number of copies to be used internally. Licensee shall keep a record of the location of each copy. Consultants of Licensee not named in this agreement shall not use Data unless the Consultants obtain written consent from the Licensor's Land Information Director.]
