This data layer shows the locations of registered reporters under the Part 175 Recycling Reporting Program. This program is regulated under Part 175, Recycling Reporting, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended. This data includes both statutorily defined Recycling Establishments who are required to report under the statute, as well as additional voluntary reporters. This data is updated annually.
