Clark County, WashingtonPark Districts are used for managing park impact fees (PIFs) that are collected from residential construction in the Vancouver Urban Growth Area. Funds must be spent in the same park district that they were collected. The City of Vancouver manages park impact fees within the city and Clark County manages park impact fees in the unincorporated area.
