In May 2023, they said, " We are waiting a bit to update the EFAs because the race data was the ACS 5-year sample and HUD CHAS data, which also uses the five year sample. Making changes when only one of the 5 years in the sample has changed doesn't produce meaningful results. So, we likely won't update for a couple more years and when we do, we will be sure to publicize and post new layers on our downloads page.
