Description:

The road centerlines dataset was updated in 2013 to improve and enhance address searching for emergency management, homeland security and law enforcement. The updated centerlines provided a higher detail of accuracy to assist E911 computer aided dispatch systems to locate correct geographic locations with a higher probability of return. The original road centerline data was developed from the April, 2003 aerial flyover, with a substantial update funded through the 2005 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP). The data has been continually updated to improve geocoding capabilities for those who need accurate address searching. Last Updated 8/5/2021.
