- 1 map ; 45 x 55 cm. Relief shown pictorially. Decorative title cartouche depicting two angels holding the crowned escutcheon of France over the title. The title is framed by a man and woman holding fruit and a face hides among the fruit under the title. Additional illustrations include the coat of arms of the King of France and Navarre in the upper left corner and a surveyor with two cherubs in the lower left corner. Includes no directions or compass rose. This state was published in Jansson's Atlas Novus in 1680. From the Jansson Appendix Atlas 1636-1680, title created to represent a unique collection within the Clark Library, University of Michigan.
