Filter Areas are defined in the February 19, 2020 Consent Decree to be areas in the North Kent Study Area where municipal water will not be extended as a requirement of the Consent Decree. This data is used in the North Kent Study Area Data Summary Web App , which displays environmental sampling data that has been collected as part of Wolverine World Wide's and EGLE's per-and poly fluoroalkyl (PFAS) assessment activities in the North Kent Study Area. T his is a static dataset and no maintenance or updates are expected.
