PA Department of Conservation & Natural ResourcesDeer Management Assistance Program (DMAP) Units on State Forest Land. DMAP was established by the PA Game Commission and provides assistance to landowners whose lands are impacted by deer overbrowsing or who have specific deer management goals that include harvesting additional antlerless deer.
