The PRB complex spans several miles and consists of the Round Butte Dam at the upstream end that forms Lake Billy Chinook, the Pelton Dam forming Lake Simtustus, and the Reregulating Dam/Reservoir at the downstream end. Trout Creek lies within the covered lands of the HCP, but there are no conservation measures implemented within this section.
