- Abstract
- [This feature class contains the location of certified farmland preservation districts as identified in farmland preservation ordinances with both texts and maps that have been certified (or recertified) by DATCP Land and Water Resource Managment (LWRM) Bureau since July 1, 2009. This feature class was created by DATCP by standardizing and aggregating data submitted by counties as part of the farmland preservation plan certification process. This feature class was last updated February 2019. ]
- Purpose
- [This feature class contains the location of farmland preservation zoning districts identified in certified farmland preservation zoning ordinances. This feature class only reflects those ordinances that have had both text and map certified by DATCP Land and Water Resource Managment (LWRM) Bureau since July 1, 2009. This feature class does not include all areas in the state with certified farmland preservation zoning ordinances. Landowners whose land is covered by a certified farmland preservation zoning ordinance may be eligible to claim farmland preservation zoning tax credits.]
